When you think of a leader, you might imagine the parking spot right in front of the office door, reserved for the director. Or to the one who calls the shots.<br \/>The question is: do we still want and require this form of leadership? Or is there a greater need than ever for authenticity and new leadership?<br \/>Not chosen or appointed from above because he\/she was good at the job and thus promoted to a leadership position.<\/p>\n<p>In the animal kingdom, the leader is the one appointed by the herd.<br \/>That&#8217;s true leadership; the leader of the herd needs the most food because they have to lead the pack and must be strong. Indeed, he bears great responsibility, and the herd relies on him. Unanimously, the others agree. The others are the carriers in the herd, and of course, there&#8217;s also the driving force. They dare to look at their own place in the herd and intuitively discern which role belongs to them. When you work and act from your own passion and strength, you become a natural leader of yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Those who are tired of imposed ideas of leadership, who want to conform to their authentic selves. To then take their own place from there. With self-confidence, asserting themselves powerfully. Self-reflective, willing to listen, allowed to enjoy, daring to live. The feminine and masculine aspects within someone are balanced, and they are authentic to themselves. They can excellently fulfill the role of leader in the most natural form, drawing from their own qualities. Where everyone collaborating with this leader is also satisfied.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe06f6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fe06f6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
